1. I’ve encountered Triveni Sugar for the first time. How can I trust a new brand with such an integral part of my food essentials?
While Triveni Sugar may be a nascent brand, Triveni Engineering & Industries Ltd. is an established name in Sugar manufacturing and we are the second-largest integrated sugar producer in the country. Our parent company was incorporated in 1932 and since then, we have been at the forefront of Engineering and Manufacturing in India.
2. Why is your sugar called Premium Crystal Sugar? How is it different from the regular open white sugar I buy from the local store?
Because it is more than the regular open sugar. Our sugar is made in India’s only British Retail Consortium (BRC) certified sugar manufacturing plant and complies with EU & CODEX standards. It is double-refined, and untouched by hand, making it more premium than any available sugar in the local store.
3. What does “Untouched by hand” really mean?
It means the Sugar is packed in a completely automated unit complying with EU & CODEX standards..
4.Why is Triveni Sugar more expensive than the regular sugar I buy?
Triveni Is the only sugar in India which is getting manufactured in a British Retail Consortium (BRC) certified plant. Our sugar has passed the highest quality standards followed by countries in the European Union and is inherently better for you and your family. Additionally, the super white colour and even grain size make this sugar more premium than any other sugar available in the market.

6. How much is shipping?
Shipping charges are extra depending on the product weight.
7. Can I track my order?
When you order, you will receive an email as an acknowledgement and when your order is shipped, you will receive another email with details of tracking.
8. Where does my order ship from?
Your order ships from either our warehouse in Delhi NCR region or one of our fulfilment partners warehouses depending upon location of your order.
9. What is the refund procedure?
If the item received is physically damaged you are eligible for a refund.
10. What is the cancellation policy?
An order once placed and confirmed by the user is not entitled to be cancelled.
11. Payment for the order has been deducted from my account, but no order details have been received?
Your order details may have not been registered with us. The amount will be refunded to your account in the next 5-7 days.
12. How can I change my delivery address?
Before the order is dispatched, cancel the order on the website and place the order again with the correct address or contact our customer care team to change the delivery address.
*Delivery address cannot be changed once the product has been dispatched from our warehouse.
